Who are we ? The company was founded in 2007 on the initiative of Mickael and Romualdo Bertolaso, seasoned professionals of the “stone appearance” wall decoration based on lime and marble dust.

The market demands prompted the Bertolaso brothers to study innovative solutions, and led them to develop RESIMARMO®. The aim is to meet the growing demand from their customers for decorative solutions adapted to horizontal surfaces (swimming pool, terraces, car park, etc.

Following a logic of constant development, they created a network of partners bringing together the best Italian companies in the sector, offering them training and technical assistance in architectural decoration. The company guarantees an equivalent area of competence for all its employees. By 2017 more than 250 applicators had participated in the training program proposed by the company on Italian territory.

First, a “Skills Assessment”

The Skills Assessment makes it possible to make an assessment, on the professional life, of analyzing the skills, the aptitudes and the motivations of a candidate. It can help define a coherent project or validate the training project.

The “skills assessment” takes place in our premises (until now in Italy), which guarantees the total confidentiality of the procedure.

The maximum duration of a “competency report” is 24 hours and takes place in 3 stages:

First, an individual interview to define the needs and present the conditions of the course.
This is followed by an investigation phase to analyze the candidate’s aptitudes and interests.
Finally, a conclusion with presentation of a summary document, which takes up the project and defines the envisaged stages of its implementation.
The actions are conducted in exceptional cases, individually and the candidate is the sole recipient of the conclusions of the balance sheet.

As a result of this assessment the training itself can begin. The candidate enters a group, in order to follow the courses given.
