PRO aggregates. We sell aggregates for both professional and private customers. However, we are more specialized in professional. The aggregates we reserve for professionals are of a higher quality than raw aggregates. They are much more highly processed.
Our professional-grade aggregates are sorted, rolled, washed, dried and bagged in Italian marble quarries, where we source them directly, without intermediaries. It is perfectly processed to enhance the homogeneity of the resin mix for which it is intended. Their rounded shape gives them a very pleasant softness underfoot.

Our PRO aggregates can be delivered in several ways :

• Pallets of 40 bags (25 kg).
• Pallets of 50 bags (25 kg).
• In 1000kg big bags.
• We can also deliver by full truckload, in bulk.

Depending on the surface to be covered and the thickness, you’ll need more or less aggregate. The table below gives you an idea of the weight/surface/thickness ratio.

The above colors are reserved for professionals. As a rule, these are the colors most frequently requested by customers. These colors can be blended to produce over 24,000 different shades. Aggregate for professionals is a natural metamorphic stone, unaffected by the ravages of time and not sensitive to UV rays. You can combine colors, create inlaid patterns, borders and even artistic images. Light spots can be inlaid to mark out pathways.

There are several techniques for laying marble aggregate mixed with resin.

• Manually, with a trowel.
• Mechanically, using an automatic thickness gauge.
• Finishing can be done manually :
• With a stainless steel float.
• Or with an electric paddle smoother (also known as a helicopter).
• It is applied in a single operation, with no visible joints.
• As a general rule, allow 2 days for a 100 m² surface.
• Effective polymerization (hardening) in 20 minutes.
• Surface can be walked on in 2 days.
• Furniture can be placed after 3 days.

Good to know : PRO aggregate is renowned for its draining properties. You’ll need to allow for 0.5 centimetres of slope per metre of surface. If the original surface doesn’t have a slope, you’ll need to drill holes where water collects. These holes will be masked by the resinated marble aggregate, whose high drainage capacity will eliminate water by gravitation.
