Article 2.3 Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract:

• User: this term refers to any person who uses the site or any of the services offered by the site.
• User content: this refers to the data transmitted by the user within the site.
• Member: the user becomes a member when they are identified on the site.
• Username and password: this is all the information necessary to identify a user on the site. The username and password allow the user to access services reserved for members of the site. The password is confidential.

Access to and use of the site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions of use. The publisher reserves the right to modify the site and services, and its terms, at any time and without notice, including changes to the site, providing new features, or removing or modifying existing features. Users are therefore advised to refer to these terms and conditions before submitting the latest version of the TOS, which is available at all times on the site. If the user does not agree with the terms, use of the site cannot be operational.

7.3 Cancellation

A duly registered user may request cancellation at any time by visiting their page in their personal space. Any unsubscription from the Site will take effect immediately after the user has completed the form for this purpose.

Article 8. Responsibility

The publisher is not responsible for any content that it has changed. It declines all responsibility for :

• In the event of technical problems or failures of the computer or the compatibility of the site with any type of hardware or software, whether direct or indirect, tangible or intangible, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from the use or difficulty in using the website or a service.
