How our aggregates are produced

Marble is a material often associated with luxury. However, it can be used by anyone, whether to cover an entire floor or in small touches. There are more than 500 varieties of marble. We should therefore talk about ‘marbles’ rather than ‘marble’. Marble comes in several colours, from the most classic such as white and grey, to the more original such as green or red, but also luxurious brown marble and timeless black marble.

The different colours of marble granules are crushed, then SORTED, ROLLED, WASHED, DRIED and BAGGED. This makes it an exceptional, high-end material. Quality is essential for mixing with resin. Marble quarries have been owned by large Italian families for generations, so we are not marble extractors. However, we have forged links and partnerships with these families over many years.

Our suppliers are these thousand-year-old marble quarries.
As a result, we do not use intermediaries, which guarantees you the best prices on the market.

THE COLOURS OF MARBLE

The classics

White marble
Carrara marble is the best known type. It brings real sparkle to a room, whether laid on the floor or used as an accent. White marble has grey veins that are more or less pronounced. For example, white Carrara C marble is characterised by its subtle veins, while Carrara Arabescato Cerviole marble has very pronounced grey veins. The contrast is therefore more striking, adding character to your interior design.
Grey marble This is also a classic marble variety. Like white marble, grey marble comes in a range of shades. One example is Bardiglio Nuvolato marble, which has a grey background and blurred white veins. Often likened to a cloudy effect, these veins make grey marble particularly striking. In contrast, Grey Vein is distinguished by its very fine, regular veins. This stone is ideal for creating a feeling of space due to the linearity of its pattern. The elegance of black marble For an elegant and timeless decor, black marble is the ideal choice. Black Marquina marble, quarried in Spain, has a deep black background. The veins are white and vary in intensity depending on the quarry. The glossy finish creates a mirror effect that adds to its beauty. Black marble can be used on its own for a uniform floor, for example, or combined with white marble to create a chequerboard effect. In this case, it is usually used in alternation with Carrara Venatino marble, whose whiteness contrasts perfectly with the depth of the black marble. Other patterns can be created according to your imagination. The originality of the Greens, Reds or Beiges Marble is not limited to traditional colours, which can sometimes be considered too cold. In fact, there are marbles in more original colours that combine elegance with a warm atmosphere. The most popular colour is red Red is the first colour of marble that comes to mind. There are several types, the best known of which come from Alicante and Verona. Alicante red marble resembles Black Marquina marble with its clear white veins. In contrast, Verona red marble is characterised not by veins but by nodules that are lighter red than the background. The contrast is therefore less pronounced and the result more blended. The magnificent green Green marble is one of the less common colours of marble. Although it is particularly popular with designers for bathrooms, green marble can be used in any room of the house. Guatemala green marble, with its dark green colour and lighter green veins, is undoubtedly synonymous with elegance. The original beige marble On the other hand, if you want an original marble colour but don’t dare go for red or green, there is an alternative: beige marble. Many types of beige marble are available in varying shades of lightness and yellowness, as well as with varying numbers and clarity of veins, and can be used in interior design. As you can see, marble comes in many colours. From the most classic to the most original, there is bound to be a marble colour to suit your interior.
